But for all the times we think of “basic” as lacking innovation or a contentment with the status quo, there are an equal number of times that something “basic” provides us with much-needed fundamentals and a strong foundation. “Basic” is a term that gets thrown around a lot these days, sometimes with a less than positive connotation. ![]()
